Default Cam information

I ran across this site today. I've never heard of them or the ZCams. Any info? Anyone know how the stage I or IV would work on my car and what I could expect from the swap?

The higher RPM rated cams would be too much cam for your engine, one thing is the rev limiter comes on at 5800 or so.Without head work the heads quit making power at about the same place. If forced induction, head work,or nitrous is in the picture, wait untill you have all the parts picked out then call the cam grinders and see what they recommend to compliment the add ons.

Does your '04 limiter come on at 5800? I've run mine up to just over 6000 before it starts dropping cylinders. I thought I would be able to use the full range of those cams. I am more concerned about the lift. Is 0.55 too much? I know that 0.50 is safe, but not sure about the stage IV cam.

I plan on forced induction down the road, but I promised my wife that I won't do it until it's paid for. I'm thinking of just buying a junkyard 4.6 and building it outside the car with forged internals, etc. That way, I can drop it in, tune it, and go like hell.
