Default Slight miss?

Car has an aftermarket coil pack at #5 because some coolant leaked into there and burnt it out. Replaced it with an autozone pack to get the car to where i live(just got the car). Car now has a slight miss it seems when accelerating hard or at lower rpm. Normal granny shifting and idle seem fine with no cel on. the car is just about to hi 82k miles and is bone stock. I'm thinking it just needs new plugs, doubt the different coil even from autozone could be causing this. Either way, should i throw new coil packs in as well? Figured once one took a ****, it was done for good and no intermittent mis like i'm feeling. Thoughts?

Fresh plugs (make sure to gap correctly), inspect/replace plug wires, test coilpacks, fuel filter, etc.

I had a similar problem in my 2003 when I first got it with 70,000 miles. If you got on it hard, there would be a slight hesitation in the high RPMs. I changed all the plugs, gapped them correctly, and haven't had a problem. But all the coil packs are from the factory.

Oh I might mention I also changed the fuel filter near changing out the plugs.

my question would be why was there coolant there, when i had coolant take out one of my cops, it was because the intake manifold was bad and leaking coolant onto it. So since you already know it was coolant, id check to make sure you dont still have a leak, because that very well could still be causing a mis fire even if it hasnt burned the cop yet.
