I have that CAI from mustang tuning. Once u have it all connected all u have to do to take it out is loosen the clamps aorund the throttle body and undo that screw that hold the fenderwell piece on and manuever the CAI out of the engine... takes me about 5 minutes.

What kind of setup do you have? Filters mounted inside the fenderwall are a pain. You must be superman because everyone that I know says the same. Also, you shouldnt ever have to replace the filter, they should last the life of the car.
Filters get dirty.. Some filters are uncleanable therefore you have to buy a new filter.

K&N recommends you recharge the filter every 10K miles I try and do it about every 8 or every 3 oil changes.
