See I had questioned a PCM problem. But here is my issue with that. If the PCM was going bad wouldn't there be more things going wrong than just not being able to read the MAF?
As for reading the 12v on the signal ground with the car off here is what I'm thinking about that. Wouldn't it make sense that I see voltage from the PCM when the car is off because it holds the memory of the car?

No, the pcm grounds that circuit when the key is turned on. This is the part where you start being real careful. It might be worth to take it to a good electrical shop. And the pcm can fail in retarted ways, it doesnt always affect other things. The fuse is ok?

I was really trying to avoid taking it to a shop because the only thing close is a dealership and they are going to charge an arm and a leg just to look at it. But it looks like that may be what I have to do
