Default Power Lock problem

I have an overcharge draw on my 96 Gt and it's making me insane. I pulled fuses one at a time with a meter and found the draw over fuse 8 on the inside panel. My passenger power lock had been malfunctioning, but I'm not sure what whithing the system is causing it. Anybody got any ideas of what to test from there?

I'm not sure what fuse #8 controls on your ride. Does it control the door lock circuit? If so, and your passenger power lock has been malfunctioning, I'd disconnect the door lock actuator and see if the draw goes down to normal. If so, then the draw is probably a short inside the door lock, or a short to power in the ground wire to the door lock. If it doesn't go down to normal, then the draw is a short to ground in the power wire to the door lock. Good luck...
