It's the offroad xpipe that is your problem. The SLP loud mouth has no mufflers it's essentially a straight pipe. When you installed the offroad xpipe you got rid of your cats which was muffling your sound. I would suggest something like a Stainless Works highflow xpipe or another aftermarket xpipe that has cats that will quiet it down.

Your other option is to get an axle back system that has mufflers instead of a straight pipe. Wish I could run an offroad xpipe but I would never get though emissions.
