Question Need Help, Vibration in bellhousing

Ok so i recently changed clutch, flywheel, TOB, pilot bearing, and fork. Had a tapping sound coming from the bellhousing before thought it would clear up nope. I need help diagnosing the cause. I hear it when car is is neutral clutch is out. Shifts fine, grabs fine I was thinking the ******* who changed the assembly either did not put the pilot bearing in, or the input shaft bearing could be bad. I need some help. I will have the car up on jacks with the dust cover off for some suggestions on how to pinpoint. Tranny or motor do not shake just taping from the bellhousing. When the dust cover i off i see the fork shaking. I tried to put a lot of preload on it to see if that would hold it but no.
