this guy is haveing the same problem,
So the hose fell off again last weekend while I was showing the car to my sister. The hose seems to fall when I put the car under heavy acceleration. That leads me to think its an issue with the exhaust creating pressure and making the hose falling off.

One of the things I looked at with a friend this weekend, is that the car doesn't have any mufflers. It seems to have 2" pipes and still has its cats. It sounds great inside the cabin, and it doesn't sound bad outside either. The sound get a little off when you hear it under acceleration on the outside.

My gut feeling at the moment is to get 2.5" pipes, drop the cats, and put in a set of mufflers (likely flowmasters because I like the loud obnoxious sound). I think this would maybe fix the issue with the EGR, plus leave my car with a better all around exhaust system. I don't understand why someone would remove the mufflers and leave the cats.

Anyway, the question is if you guys have any opinions or suggestions on what I should do or why you think my EGR hose keeps popping off. Thanks!

how tight is the line? I see in your sig that you have a blower. if the line is loose and then you start creating boost, the positive manifold pressure will blow off the line.

The cats could be clogged like you said. Since my egr stuff is deleted, I cant look on my car to see where that black line you circled goes to.

it go's to the copper line that go's to the EGR

yea, sounds like youre getting excess pressure in the exhaust causing the line to push off. the exhaust or cats are clogged
