Default 4.6 Rod & Journal Bearing kit?

Hello,

I have a 96 Mustang GT that we have just finished doing the complete P.I. top end swap, only to find out now that my rod and/or journal bearings are bad in the bottom end.

Can someone recommend me a high quality bearing kit to use on my 4.6?

I have searched Jegs and Summit, but cannot find anything. Maybe I am not looking with the right keywords?

Thanks

Are you saying you cant find a bearing kit to rebuild a 4.6
I had no problem finding kits on both those sites when I was rebuilding my engine

Just to be 100% sure, I am going to post a couple links to the kits I need. It appears they sell the rod bearings, and main bearings in two separate kits.

Main Bearings:

Rod Bearings:

I imagine the H-series would be the route to go? Wondering also if summit is the best place to get these parts from? Maybe even eBay if it is significantly cheaper?

Thank you for the input guys, I appreciate it!

P.S.

Here is a very short video clip of how she sounds right now.

update:

here are links to the Clevite H-series coated bearings.

My question now is which kit to get? I know I don't need any special sizes other than standard, but there are different types of main bearings. Tri Metal, Half groove, and I'm not sure what TM-77 means?

Main bearings:

There is one one choice for Rod Bearings, so that one is easy

Thanks!!!

BUMP.

I need to get these parts ordered so we can get my car back in shape.

I know which manufacture and which kit series I want (Clevite H-series), but I don't understand the differences between the types of these main bearing kits. Can someone please explain this to me, so I can order the correct set for my application? The car is a stock bottom end 96 GT 4.6L.
