Default Car maintenance.. (Spark plugs)

Okay, so I'm about to replace all the ignition coils, as well as spark plugs on my 99 GT. what's a good brand, that has good quality products? (Ignition coil and spark plugs?). I'm not really looking for anything fancy performance wise since the car is completely stock besides exhaust. But I would like something that's good quality and maybe somewhat above Stock plugs.

Also im scared ****less... I know these 4.6 motors are notorious for horrible manufacturer flaws. Especially with the spark plugs.. But what exactly happens if you strip the hole where the plug goes? I'm probably going to have a shop do it.. But anyways so yeah brands?

I tried checking my spark plugs a few days ago. They were seized on there, so I gave up, didn't want to put too much force on them and risk breaking them.

From what I've seen with the 3Vs, the best coils are the OEM Motorcraft ones. Why are you replacing them?

When I floor it, the car sputters for a second or two. Almost like the spark can't keep up. Then the power immediately kicks in a few seconds later.

Have you tried replacing the fuel filter?

No I haven't. But it also makes a "pop" sound as well. Almost like a misfire. That's why I believe it's the spark

Google it! LMR.should have em, AM should have em. Good luck! Also, you shouldn't have to replace your coils if they are working properly, just replace the boots, 5.00/EA tops.
