I'm currently running a vortech v1 set at 9psi. I'm still draw through. If I bought the CX RACING intercooler kit, and converted to blow through, what else would I need to do?? I'm at 360 whp right now..would like to see 450ish?

I'm using the 3.11 pulley right now, what size pulley can I use? If I get a power pipe, blow through and intercooler 42lb injectors and new tune, what hp would I be approx? My bottom end is support to be good for 650hp

My bro's car is a 95 with a N/A DSS 331 with same gear, and he pulls on me hard..and hes planing on bolting on NOS??

get a Intercooler first then worry about pulley swaps,

Invest in a good intrercooler tho like a treadstone so you dont need to change intercoolers down the road.

After that you can go down to a 3.00 inch pulley and run a 10% overdrive pulley and you should be over 500 at that point

or keep your 3.11 and get a 10% OD pulley and be closer to 500 rwhp instead of over it.

I am stock internals and a 3.33 inch pulley running 11psi with a power pipe and I put down 400 rwhp thru a auto trans just to give you a reference point.

Well I'm trying to save on the tunes, my tuner is over a hour away, so I try not to make to many trips their. For a blow through system I'll have to drop off car anyway. So with pulley (s) intercooler, blow through, And injectors I could go over 500? Im using a 340 focus pump.

I think that you could be at 500 with a pulley change but at that point in time your are going to need a new fuel pump setup so you may want to keep it dialed down some untill you get a fuel system.

not to steal your thread. but I am looking to get more HP too and was looking for some advice. this is what I got so far vortech supercharger.V-1 70mm TB, bigger injectors 38#, Borla Cat back exhaust. BBK shorty headers, BBK O/R X pipe
what would you guys do next looking for a good 400+HP

I would do a nice intercooler and try to get more boost out of that blower. Your heads/cams are for sure a restriction, but for just 450-500rwhp goal you don't even have to touch them. Have you considered meth? shot of nitrous? both?
