Yikes. I would redo it. Center it from the front and work back. The chin spoiler should cover most of the little holes you already did, and if any show on the ends, you can get little plugs from the hardware store really cheap, paint to match, and pop them in. They are so low on the car, nobody will notice. Its gotta look goofy being to one side though. Your other option is what some of the guys do here. Your one side is lined up with the fender well, right? You just need to move your chin spoiler back further and the other side will line up with it also. You can do the same as above to fill in the holes.
