Default Sagging drivers door

My drivers door is sagging a lot. How hard is it to replace just the pin and bushings? I was thinking of buying all new hinges however the price seems much better to just replace the pin and bushings.

If you have a helper, it's not that bad. I did it alone on the insanely heavy MN12 thunderbird door.

I just did this job on my wifey’s ’98. Its not a hard job really. Its more of a balancing act keeping the door from falling or banging/rubbing on the fender. My auto parts store & Dorman listed #38395 as the bushing/pin kit for SN95’s, but its the wrong part. #38395 is for Fox Body hinges which are larger then SN95 hinges. #38438 is the correct part number for SN95’s. I made a pretty detailed (in my opinion) video of my install and put it up on YouTube. I hope it helps someone out:
