Mustang Mach Coolant Choice?

Mustang Mach Coolant Choice?
I have been going through all my fluids / general maintenance on my new 04 Mach 1 and am seeking advice on my Coolant choice.
I have read Ford Gold is what is suggested for these Mustangs but the only place I can find is from the Ford dealer directly, this is fine if this is a significantly better choice then the other coolant choices. I have plenty of Peak coolant around my garage and likely other coolants that I can't remember at this time but if these are not sufficient for keeping my Machs coolant system running well then I'll drop by the Ford dealer and pick up a few gallons of Ford Gold. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Zerex G-05 meets the same specifications as Ford Gold.
I wouldn't use something else unless I COMPLETELY FLUSHED the coolant system.
My Mach has relatively low miles (32,000) and I drain and refill with 50/50 coolant/distilled water every year starting in 2010.
I don't remember exactly, but I think you can drain about half of the coolant by pulling the lower radiator hose. While you're at it, you can replace the thermostat.
IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE SPECIFIC PROCEDURE FOR REFILLING A MACH 1 OR MUSTANG COBRA COOLING SYSTEM, READ THIS:
http://reischeperformance.com/refill.html
IF YOU IGNORE THESE INSTRUCTIONS, THE CHANCES OF TRAPPING AIR IN YOUR COOLING SYSTEM AND OVERHEATING YOUR ENGINE ARE ALMOST GUARANTEED.
You will have to remove your shaker to refill your cooling system.

I've always gotten the motorcraft coolant from the dealer. it's like $16 for the concentrated gallon, which is what most 'universal' coolants cost. I really don't see why you would doubt OE coolant, or any other OE part for that matter.
