Default Emissions issue - "check engine" lamp out

I am new here, so excuse my ignorance if this is the incorrect forum to post in, but I have a 1997 Mustang, Cobra. It runs great, but I tried to go through inspection and it failed only because of the "Check engine" indicator lamp being out. From researching I know this is the very likely the actual lamp itself and not the module. Can someone link me or detail how I can get to the lamp to change it? I would greatly appreciate it.

OK, as I said, I am new to forum, but apparently I am also a little slow :-) I can't find the info on the sticky area. . . . . can someone please link me?
