My speedometer is off by 10mph. I have aftermarket rims and 4.10 gears. I know I can buy a tuner but I really dont want to spend the money for that if there is a cheaper simpler way to calibrate.

no other way than a tuner in our computer ruled cars. or you can just do math in your head for a highway speed. a gps device is a great way to see how fast you are actually going.
