Question trans issue

So i am having shifting issues and hope some here has a few ideas. Took car to the track to day ,on 1st tt run the shift was real lazy almost
hit 6600 rpm before completing 1st to 2nd shift, 2nd to 3rd was lazy as well but wasnt full throttle by that point.

Took the car way out back at the track to do a test , this time i shifted it manually and the shift fast fast and hard like it had been in the past . But when letting the car shift itself its lazy and slow.

Btw hasnt been shifting right for a little while but after changing shift points and line pressure it seemed better , at least on the street but still not as firm and crisp as in the past

Two years on rebuild ,has a jmod and full of fluid. i know there are a few solenoids by valve body ,but not sure if either of these would cause that issue or is this something internal .

Any suggestions would be great before i tear the trans out . Hope this makes sense . thanks

Change fluid and filter and see if it makes a difference.
