Check the fuses first. Actually I would just replace them all to ensure the power supply was good...
Don't ever assume fuses are good because they "look" good; test them with an appropriate tool, or replace them with a known good fuse...

You probably blew another fuse. If so, you’ve got a short somewhere in your headlight wiring. Good luck...
