You don't need all the parts that are in the kit if you want to do it. If anyone decides to do it i can tell you exactly what you will need and walk you through it.

And as for the nitrous without pi heads i can tell you you will be dissapointed even with a 100 shot. If you wait and get nitrous after the swap you will have 10.5.1 compression alot better flowing heads and intake manifold; you should not have a problem with 99 up cars on nitrous.

Dude i did my PI swap w/ all brand new stuff and costed like 2k. I also put in a new clutch, motor mounts, and other lil stuff. You could do it w/ a grand. Dont do it in your own garage unless you have time for it to sit you will not do it in a weekend unless you are a great mechanic. Trust me i did it.
