Default why is my GT bogging in upper RPM's

my check engine light is on and its a p1445 code to start i know the code is a manufacture control auxiliary emissions contol. and i know it has to do with the fuel and the purge.. i have changed the lines and the sensor. but the check engine light stays on and it still says its this code what else could be wrong. my car is a 97 mustang GT but i just did a 99 GT engine swap and i have some mods done like the following. bbk headers, bbk 78mm throttle body and plenum, bbk cold air intake, ford racing performance intake manifold, off road x-pipe. and thats it for the upgrades on the engine as for now. but thats besides the point. so does anybody know what i could do to fix this problem maybe do i need a mod chip made for me because im letting in to much for the engine now and the computer doesnt know whats going on so its telling it to push more and its throwing the code and making it bog so a tuned chip with all my mods will allow the computer to read right im not sure any help will be awesome guys. thanks.

Have you changed the purge flow sensor? I haven't heard of that causing any problems. The bogging in higher RPM's is most likely a misfire check your COP's and plugs.
