Default Mustang 1999

My Mileage odometer on my car is sometime going out then back on. it always counts the proper mileage. could it be a loose wire or another problem appreciate feedback thanks

Mine does it as well, I've read it's something as simple as there isn't enough solder on the back of the cluster. PFM to me, we have a guy that does cluster repairs all over our area for dealers and owners, and said he can fix mine for $35.00. So, check CL and see what you come up with that's where my guy advertises.

Thanks that sounds great I think I can do it that's great I thought there was a short or something thanks again.
