My whole opinion is a V8 sounds better and never in my life would i buy rice over my stang. I like different V8 cars, but am not too impressed with the 4 cylinders performance, yeah some of them are wuick but let us boost up our the same and see how close they are then.....

The 4.6 2V is very capable of putting down 400HP N/A not too hard, lots of money involed but very capable. How fast cars go, depend I think on how big thy wallet is..LOL But rice is no match I dont think.<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley2.gif border="0">

an STI keeping up w/an 03' cobra? i don't think so...unless that test was hella bias. i've raced both on the street (i know it's different than the track..but oh well), and i've been destroyed by the cobra and have taken an STI. the only thing the STI is good for is revving it up and dropping the clutch and letting the 4wd win the race...other than that...it's just like any other rice. i'm not trying to bash rice too much here...i also have an LS CRX hf ("LS" integra motor...ricer terms...sorry), that's fun as hell to drive...but i'd take my stang over my rex anyday.</P>

I guess the hot rod mag needs more sales so they put a ricer car on the cover.......let's see that car is like 36k right a new corbra is like what 30k 3500 for a 12psi S/C and 2500 for gas for 3 years and will put 5-10 cars on it...mmmmmmm not much of a choice huh?*L*

I got on it with a wrx with an exhaust and boost regulator on an on ramp then to the interstate. When we hit the lanes we just got on it I was in front. About a 50-120 roll and it was just nasty, nasty as in I was in front and he just kept pulling on me then backing off then pulling on me again. <IMG src=smileys/smiley5.gif border="0">The boost on a turbos is not to be messed with at higher speeds. Also a turbo civic sohc beat my friends 5.0 with pulleys gears and some other bolt ons with a 70-130roll on the interstate. Now I have much respect for those guys, but then again when they're gaskets start leaking, intakes start blowing, and pistons &amp; rods start flying I'll be laughing cuz u damn ricers YOU'RE CARS AREN'T MADE FOR THAT!Sure you can put on all that stuff and beat us, but your car is gonna fall apart unless you start adding many many more dollars to the internals that our cars don't need. A guy with a 2002 accord with nos and some other parts came in my work I asked him if it was fast he said he ran low 13's but this is his 3rd transmission <IMG src=smileys/smiley8.gif border="0"></P>
