i have 18x10.5 what the widest tire i can put on with decent sidewall with a slight bulge thxs and pics will help if somebody has some

I have a 275/40R17 on the rear of my 10.5 inch rim and it looks good, but tappers in at the top a bit. Like the tire is just wide enough for the rim. You could run something like a 305 or 315/35 or 315/30R18 out back but you would need to check and see. Google "tire calculator" and you'll get more info about tire height and wheel speed. And also check tire brands cause not alot of companies build tires that wide. 275/45 is the most common size.

a 315 is as wide as I would go. that's the proper size for a 10.5 wheel.

I'm running a 315/35 with no problems on the rear.but in a 17"

A lot of guys run 315's, and a few 335's, but either may require some massaging to avoid the dreaded tire rub (and the right back spacing) .
