Default O2 Sensor Location on wire harness??

Hey there guys I just installed a new tranny and finally got everything working fine on the car except now its running really rough like it wants to die. I have already replaced all o2 sensors less then a month ago. My question is on the wiring harness for the o2 sensors is it possible I have them put on the wrong connector causing this?? I didnt have this problem before I took everything out so Im thinking I got them mixed up on the wire loom.
