Post How much do you think this car is worth

Heres my mustang on craigslist, what do you think the pricing should be, and what should i change in my pictures or description to have it sell faster. Thanks for your opinion.

Not trying to spam the forums but this is the last question of the week lol

bluebook price is showing at least 7400. Intake manifold replacement was about 700. Subs+deck was about 600.

Neither of which that you mentioned add a single cent to a sale price. Just being honest....
Its an unmodified 15 year old automatic 2v with terrible taillights. REALITY of the situation is, its worth 3500-4500.

What are similar cars going for in your area? A BLACK car that old is tough to find with good paint. Black is a PITA to take care of. If the paint really has no scratches that will add value.

The tails and the subs you mention don't add a thing to the price as pointed out. If anything they lower it because they are a matter of taste.

The ad itself is fine but maybe get better (higher res) photos. Yours are really grainy looking and for a black car it's hard to sell on grainy pictures because you can't see the lines of the car.

I almost bought an 02 GT with 40k miles and lots of tastefully done mods for 7500, but I found a better deal somewhere else. I don't know about your area but I would list it for 4500-5000 and hope for 4k. In reality its a slow, heavy, old car that has been outdated. The automatic makes it less desirable too, so your market is most likely going to be a highschool looking for a car that he can race against his friend's honda. Just being honest!

The taillights on that car are absolutely horrendous.
