Default 02 window issues

I had my car parked and battery went dead. I tried to roll windows back up and no results. Install new battery and again no results. I do not have a owners manual for the car but every fuse box diagram does not look the one that is in my car. I went thru all the fuses and all look good. I am not sure if there is additional fuse in fuse box under the hood but I have to figure how to get BOTH windows to least roll up due to the fall rainy weather!

Did you check the fuse box in the cabin?

Both windows? Or just the one? If it's one maybe fell off track or motor went bad. Can't see that happening to 2 windows - that's some luck if it is

Ok don't answer that question about how many windows are stuck. I missed that part where you said both sorry

This is the cabin fuse box. If you look breaker #14 is for the power windows. I would check there first.

Default Q & A

OK both windows do not move either way. I checked all fuses in the cabin but not under hood. Like I mentioned I try to start car and had dead battery but I had rolled windows half way to take out heat inside car and car would not turn over. replaced car battery and once i started the car the windows had the issue.
