Default Spark plug issue

Hey all so my stang has the usual s/c setup and I have this problem that whenever I do passes at the track I blow some spark plugs. Why could this be? Is it to lean? The gap to small? Do I need a new tune? Thanks all

What do you mean you blow them? fouling ? burning ? melting? what? Do you have a picture of them to put on here?

I agree with dawson1112. We need to know more about the condition of the plugs. Pictures would be very helpful too!

What size gap are you currently running? What kind of spark plugs are they?

Sorry for the confusion. They are ngk plugs and were gapped at the recommended gap size for the car. Unfortunately I don't have them still to take pictures. But when I say blown off I mean the tip part where the spark occurs is no longer there. I hope this is a little better info. Thanks

Wow , do they look melted? Sounds like you need a cooler plug and maybe some more fuel . Probly running lean as hell. Id get that fixed or you will likely have other issues shortly , like burnt/melted valves , pistons . You say you super charged, what psi are you at, and what is your air/fuel ratio?

Sounds like it's knocking bad. Severe detonation will tear up spark plug tips and if it's detonating that bad you need to get your tune worked out before you cause permanent damage.

I am running at 8 psi. They didn't look burnt or melted. The tip was completely gone. I have an sct tuner to set the computer. I figured it needs a new tune. Unfortunately the only place I knew of that did mustangs and had a dyno machine went out of business. Anyone know how I could locate a respectable shop by me? North jersey or New York?

Are you trying ot say you are blowing spark out? If so what gap and what ignition are you running. With a supercharger you shouldn't be running a stock gap with a blower , should be around .30 -.28
