Hey guys,

I had my throw out bearing replaced about 2 months or so ago and everything went fine. I just drove to NASCAR this weekend, about 1 hour drive on the freeway from where i live. When i got off the freeway, shifting into third I heard a noise. It wasn't my gears grinding, but it sounded like a metal to metal noise. It didn't stop my car from going into gear. It then happened in 2nd, 3rd, quick in 4th, then 5th. Any ideas on where to start?

I praying that none of you guys say a rebuild haha but there is 141K on my stang.

You're gonna need to be a bit more descriptive man. NVH concerns are hard to diagnose in person most of the time and over the internet is kind of a crap shoot. However if you provide some more back round info and get a bit more specific about the noise someone can probably help.
