ok i may have miss read them
so given the numbers i have now how much you think a v3 with 8 psi will get me too

Basic rule of thumb says about an additional 45%. So by that logic you should end up with about 350-375 whp.

I've got 300 at the wheels with stock heads, they're ported but they say Ford.

Manuals yes, but I don't recall seeing any autos pushing much more than what you got. I still think your numbers are a little low though. I would think atleast 275hp with your mods but...........
Could just be a low reading dyno. How does it run?
