So i got no help at that place today... And was a total waste of time. They said they wouldn't do the alignment since it was lowered... even though i told them and asked it was something they could do. I was getting tires at the same time as the alignment like normal. Now i have paid to much for the 4 tires and a by eyesight alignment...

A lot of places wont do it if it has modifications. i work at a dealer and had only a couple mustangs ever come in for alignment and they all had proper cc plates, adjustable arms etc and they did an alignment no problem here but a lot of places still wont touch them just for the sake of it being modified!

Yeah, it is understandable but i had told them right from the start that it was like that. They screwed me over on purpose. They had the car back before christmas for 4 tires but only could put 2 on due to defects. They knew exactly what it was. I going to write a letter to and have them pay for my alignment. I would have never gone to them in the first place if it wasn't for the alignment. I could have got the tires from tirerack and had the put on at walmart for like 100 less and it would have been way faster. It took them almost 3 hours to put too tires on. Driving to work in the morning the alignment was definitely changed so they started to and messed up what i had. I'm pretty angry. This is why i do my own work. I hate shops, they are in large part all scumbags.

Yeah thats to much of a hassle. I wrote a letter to corporate. I'm going to make them pay for the alignment. I wouldn't recommend any of those shops to anyone... I have never had a good experience with any and you think they would treat me better, they know mustang drivers go threw tires like they are going out of style. I even tell them that before. Between summer and winter i go threw a pair if not a full set every year.

So I finally got the car to an alignment shop and it supposedly is aligned fine, but the rear axle still doesn't look right. It still doesn't seem to drive right on the highway. Not really sure what to do now.

I noticed today that now the car isn't sitting level on the rear end anymore either. The springs are both fine visually (and not even 2 years old). The only other thing I can think would cuz all of this is the upper control arms. Anyone experience this?
