Than that sounds like it would be something in the serpentine belt system. Could be the belt itself the belt tentioner or the idler pully

The car hasn't been making the noise at all lately so I haven't even had the chance to try to trouble shoot. It's an odd issue but its not causing power loss or other issues so I'm not extremely worried about it.
