Default 1996 Ford Mustang anti-theft problem.

Hello, my girlfriend has a 1996 GT Convertible M5. The thing was wrecked before, and someone had hacked up the wiring harness in it and barely any electronics worked.

I ordered a new (used) dash wiring harness and threw it in this weekend. I went to fire her up and it will start, and then the fuel pump will cut out after about two seconds.

I noticed the wiring to the anti-theft crap on the ignition was cut on the harness I got, so I wired in the old ones to the ones on the new harness and it would not even start then.

Is there a way for me to wire around or get rid of the anti theft stuff, or do something so the fuel pump won't cut out? I read somewhere that there is a switch for the fuel pump in the gas door under the plastic guard but I had no luck finding such a thing.

Thanks in advance, this is my girl's only form of transportation as she's borrowing my vehicle for the time being.
