Default no fuel (pump not working)

Hello

Having trouble with my 01 GT.

There appears to be no fuel getting to the motor. With the key set to on, I get no fuel out the value on the fuel rail. Also, I do not hear the pump prime.

The fuse in the engine compartment is good (or at least looks good)

Can anyone shed some light on this or give me some suggestions on what else to look for?

Thank you

Did you check if the inertia switch was tripped?

Yepper. It wasn't. I'm almost certain its the fuel pump. Its still so freaking cold here in Wisconsin I may try to take my mind off it till its warm enough to deal with

Check out this thread, it has some wiring diagrams that you could use for troubleshooting.

Pop the back seat out, find the connector for the fuel pump and direct wire it to a 12V source. If it fires up then it's not the pump and you'll have to trace it back.

If it's not the pump, the fuse is good and the inertia switch isn't tripped I'm going to go with a bad Fuel Pump Relay. You can test those too.

I'm looking at fuel pumps on Rockauto. They range from $40 to $400. Anyone suggest a quality replacement?

Thank you much
