04 GT HELP!!!
Here's the problem.
Took a 2003 Mustang GT engine and trans, put it in the 04 GT.
Only wiring I had to put on the 04 is the engine harness...
Now the problem is, I cut my key on and the odometer just has - - - - - - lines and it's not reading the 84k miles like it's supposed to, and the THEFT light starts blinking, radio will not come on.
Now, last weekend the odometer wasn't reading, but my radio did come on, and there was no THEFT light blinking... What am I missing here????

Why did you change the engine harness? The '03 and '04 engine control systems are identical. I would first check and re-check every connector. Are you still using the '04 instrument cluster and PCM?
