01 gt idle

Car starts fine. It runs fine. But, I've noticed that the idle subtly goes up and down. Is this normal? Should it stay at certain rpm while idling? Just curious if it's a sign of plugs or not.

Is the idle moving 100-200 rpm, or a bigger jump? does this happen with the heat/a/c on? if , so that is normal. give some more details.
