So basically my iTSX refuses to flash a tune on my car. When I first got the tuner, the canned tune worked no problem. Took the car to get dyno tuned and the custom tune wouldn't flash. After hours of trying every reset available, my tuner was able to flash the tune with his son's android phone. Well for the last few months I've been emailing SCT to try and figure this situation out. I keep getting frustrated and giving up and then waiting a few weeks to try messing with it again. I don't have a backup car so I haven't done anything too extreme, but I've tried everything I can short of shipping in my ECU and tuner. As of today the firmware on the dongle is up to date, my iTSX app is up to date, my IOS is up to date, and yet I still get the error,"Failed to read part number from iTSX Accessory. (0xff)".

SCT basically keeps telling me to reset the blutooth on the dongle and a bunch of other useless procedures. As you can imagine im frustrated... I would never have spent $450 bucks on this thing if I would have known it was a "canned tune only" tuner -_- Other than shipping in my ecu, is there anything else I can do, because I can't afford to go buy a new tuner, this is just silly.
