damn, if only i had around 18-20K and lived closer to texas.... (even though my gf's grandparents did just go down there, maybe they could drive it back and loan me the 20K)

I wouldn't laugh about something like that. I've seen a Ford Escort with a 383 stroker take down a built 454 SS Chevelle. I'm talking daily drivers too...not drag or strip...
