03/04 GT rebuild wont start!! Help

03/04 GT rebuild wont start!! Help
Mustang will not start.. I've got a few ideas but I want some other opinions..
The body is a 2004 GT was a factory 5 speed
The engine, trans, driveshaft, and engine harness came from the 03 GT
which was automatic
Everything sits in correctly, everything fit in without a problem.
Swapped computers, with my automatic one so it would be able to read my shift points etc.
I get lights, my odometer comes up, everything. Go to turn over? Nothing.
No clicking, no grinding as if it is trying to start, nothing.
I'm thinking it could maybe be my neutral safety switch? Since it was a factory 5 speed and all the mechanical **** in it is automatic and still has the 5 speed neutral switch in it?
