Default Stumped, 70mph+ ticking

Alright, so I have been noticing that when I am driving at 65+mph I hear a constant ticking noise coming from the drivers side of the car. I have tried higher octane fuel, octane booster, seafoam treatment, lighter oil, and I have belligerently zip tied every single thing that is loose in the engine bay and under the car that would make the noise. When sitting at idle the car does not make the ticking/tapping noise, at 0-65 MPH it does not do it either. Once I hit above 65 mph it starts, when I drop back down to 65 and under it just goes away completely. Other than that the car runs absolutely perfect and smooth. Completely lost.

Maybe something drivetrain related internally like transmission or rear end would be my guess. How are your brakes?

Brakes are brand new. I know when I hit that speed it sounds like it's coming from in front of me.

Make sure you don't have a piece of rubber, plastic, cap, etc flapping in the wind. I had this happen on one of my other cars and turned out to be a piece of plastic trim that the locking tab broke.
