When you replaced the TPS did you check the voltage? If the voltage is off then you will have idle problems. One thing you could try is adjusting the butterfly stop on the TB...as a last resort if you can't find the issue.

I have check the TB all seems ok ...
here's my question to you...
when I tap the EGR and give it a little gas the idle goes to normal...
so I think the EGR has something to do with it...
How much suction should the little hose that connects on top of the EGR have?
should it be strong?

That has engine vacuum and if i remember correctly there should be no vacuum at idle (egr closed). Check the vacuum solenoid that hose goes to. How clean were the egr passages on the motor side when you replaced the erg valve?

Just seems like the issue has something to do with the EGR Valve, because when I tap the EGR Valve and give it a little gas the idle goes back to normal 600 prm

It sounds like you have a sticky EGR valve. This happens as they get carbon built up in them.

You can try cleaning it but might just need to replace it.
