Default Want it Louder!!!!!

So i have a 2003 Mustang GT with Borla exhaust and I absolutely love the sound of it, but it's not quiet loud enough for me. I know there are always offroad H/X pipes but i'd prefer something that would pass inspection that way i don't have to take it off every year. Also would High flow cats increase volume? so please give me your suggestions and please don't say change the muffler because that's not an option. Thanks appreciate it!!!!

If you Still have the the stock mid-pipe, pretty much any new mid pipe would increase volume. A 2003 has 4 cats? I think. You only need 2

The high flow cats will allow a higher volume of airflow for more volume of sound eh. You can decide if you want a catted x pipe or h pipe (or prochamber but not sure they make those with cats).

Electric cutouts would make it louder.
