kn drop in filter

Default kn drop in filter

hey just wondering would there be noticeable difference by changing the stock filter to kn filter.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but there would probably be little to no difference from just changing filters. Any good cold air intake, which would include a "high flow" filter like a K&N requires a tune to gain any performance--and a majority of that performance comes from the tune itself. However, the stock airbox on these cars is essentially a CAI and works pretty well.
Depending how dirty your current filter is though your results may vary...

I get 2 more miles per gallon with the K&N drop in filter. I kept the original filter, I put it back in when I clean the K&N, so I've checked this under different types of driving.
