Default wiring issues on my 97 gt (please help)

I had a 96 get that I wrecked and totaled 2 years ago. I bought a shell of a 97 gt. And put my motor and trans in it. I driver turn signal and brake like aren't working . And there are 5 fuses under the dash that don't have power to either side of the fuse and they should. I'm not sure if would be my dash harness, or my pcm that is bad. Can someone please help

You need a wiring diagram and a meter. Then you start from the battery to the fusebox. Pain in the *** but it's a process of elimination.
