2000 GT clutch fork
The clutch fork on my 2000 gt is not coming out of the center of the opening in the bell housing. It is far enough off to one side that it has actually pushed a hole into the dust cover. This is also causing the dust cover to vibrate a lot when Im not pressing in the clutch. any idea why it would be riding so far off to the side?

1 of two things has happened.
Either the clutch fork pivot ball clip is broken and its falling off the pivot ball, or the throw out bearing sleeve is broken , it which case it would be rattling like crazy.
Its possible that the fork just slipped off the pivot ball, but the cable would have to be pretty loose for it to do that. You can pull that cover and see if you can push it back on to the pivot ball. If not a transmission pull is necessary .
