Fuel Rails?

Fuel Rails?
Alright, I have an 04 GT with a BBK CAI, BBK Underdrive Pulleys, Accel Ignition System, and SLP Performace Exhaust. Soon I plan to add a 70mm Accufab Throttle Body. Also thinking of replacing my fuel rails. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on fuel rails. I found some BBK fuel rails, but I've seen several mixed reviews on them. Does anyone know if they are any good and do they add a little extra HP? I know it wouldn't be much if they do, but any little bit is something. I just want to make sure above all else they are reliable or if anyone has any better ones in mind.

Fuel rails don't add hp.
There are really only 2 reasons that someone would get after market rails.
1. If your power adders , such as turbo/super charger , cams , heads and various other mods are requiring more fuel than the stock rails can deliver.
2. Aesthetics.
Your current set up does not even come close to needing better rails. The stock rails should carry you through to 550 HP. If you ever get up to where you are running large injectors then you might want to think about high flow rails.

The link below has a write up on how to improve the flow of the stock rails, they are good for over 600 hp with these mods, its less than $40. is parts to do:
