I've had this happen to me before, while I was under warranty. They ordered a new player and shipped mine off. Got my cds back like two or three weeks later. The new player ended up not playing the cds, but it would spit em out. I'm on my 3rd cd player. I'm not sure how to fix it, but to get your cds, take it out and take it apart and remove.

all u have to do is take another cd and push gently into the cd slot with it, just enough for the jammed cd to catch onto the mechagnizm it will free the jammed cd and it will come out.

the mach 460s sound good, but the players suck, i have this happen every week, you got to put a cd ontop of it so it will slide out under it, just do some flowmasters and use that as the radio

Thats what I've had to do to. I stopped using other cds cause it would scratch em up a little bit so now I just use an old plastic card... like an old credit card or id card or something. Its a little thinner and gets in without scratching the cds as much.
