Default N2MB 2-step help.

Followed instructions to the T. The 2 step only works after the car has just been started. If I try it I've been driving it for 30 secs or so, it doesn't work. Is that normal or is there anything I can adjust to fix it? Thanks.

Everything is wired solid. The only thing I could possibly think of is that I didn't cut the ground under 2'. Think it may be noise or something?

Here are snapshots of my settings with the clutch down, gas down and both out. Maybe you can spot something.
