Stuck bolt
My idler pulley fell off yesterday and I cannot bolt it back on because the told literally broke in half and is now stuck in the hole. Is there any way I can get it out or drill a new hole? Someone please help me!

The pulley came off of the idler, or the idler came out of the timing cover?
If its just the pulley you can replace the entire idler arm. You can also use a drill bit to make a hole in the bolt and then use and easy out to remove it. I have at times also welded a nut to the top of a broken bolt. Just weld it inside the threads of the nut.
