Windshield wiper fluid pump
 

Does anyone know how to access the pump in order to replace it? I believe it has gone bad, both sides just dribble out a little bit, both had been working fine before so I don't think there is a clog

You should be able to just remove the fender skirt and then remove the tank to access the pump
