I want to get the JLT ram air kit for my 02 GT but could I put this on a stock Throttle body for now? and do I need a tune after?? I wanted to just install this system cuz I will be buying either the X cAL or diablo tuner later down the road and gettin a new plenium and TB but dont have funs for all of them now and would like to just get the Ram air intake. And which intake from JLT should i gewt? would this harm my car without bigger fuel injecters or a tune and a TB and plenium?

maybe I am being nosey, but why go with ram air after all that has been decided about how it doesn't work? I would go with a COA such as the K&N FIPK and call it a day. This will give you some added HP using the stock throttle body and allow you to purchase upgrades later to get more air moving.

I agree with Ibeeskeef -- Ram Air is mostly a gimmick on our cars. It worked OK at high speed back in the days of Boss 429s, but not so much these days. You've already got the MAC CAI, I seriously doubt you're gonna to significantly improve on that with a Ram Air kit.

The "ram air" is basically a catch phrase, BUT.......I have the JLT and think it's one of the best on the market.
